機械性能NDI對稱的化學結構,決定機械性能優異,以NDI為原料所制得的彈性體,因為NDI形成的剛性段極性大,分子對稱性好,結構緊密,所以制品具有優良的耐熱性,Ultrallan的耐熱溫度為100度,短時間使用時為150度。承載能力,蓄能能力強,抗切割磨性,低溫耐沖擊性(脆性溫度-65度無破壞),耐溶劑性,耐油,耐氣候,耐老化等特性非常優異。

MECHANICAL BEHAVIOR
The NDl symmetrical chemical structure leads to its excellent mechanical properties. The elastomer made of NDl has excellent heat resistance due to the high polarity of the rigid chain, pertect molecular symmetry, and unique structure of itself Ultrallan* futures excellent properties in all aspects such as heat resistance of 100°C and 150° for short term, bearing capacity, energy storage capacity, cut-resistance, wear resistance, shock resistance at low emperature integrity at brittle temperature of -65C, solvent resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance
柔韌性由于NDI的高對稱性,制得的彈性體分子鏈段均勻,分子內作用力大,且聚合物分子量分布均勻,應力平衡,使得彈性體有很好的柔韌性,在高硬度下仍具有良好的彈性及伸長率。

FLEXIBILITY
Due to the perfect molecular symmetry of NDl, elastomers made of which has characteristics of uniform molecular chains, stronger intramolecular force, narrow molecular weight distribution, and balanced stress, which brings higher flexibility, elasticity, and elongation on condition of its high hardness.
動態特征NDI制成的澆注型彈性體和泡沫NDI制品具有優異的動態特征和耐磨性,且阻尼小、回彈性高、內生熱少,可應用于高動態載荷和耐熱場合。

DYNAMIC FEATURES
The cast elastomers and foam products made of NDl have excellent dynamic characteristics, wear resistance, low damping, high resilience, and lower internal heat-generation, which can be applied to high dynamic load and heat resistance scenarios.
耐磨性用NDI制成的模壓制品,撕裂強度高、磨損小、壓縮永久變形低和回彈性優異。高硬度下仍具有優異的彈性和吸振性。
